May 31, 2026"First time at Ye Olde Black Bull. Dropped in with a mate for a coupla pints, Those pints, as it turned out, were delicious. Well kept beer. It was quiet when we visited so my 5/5 for atmosphere is really about the "feel" of the place. And it "feels" like I'll go back to Ye Olde Black Bull when I'm next in the neighborhood."

Apr 10, 2026"A pretty pub in Stratford with a range of keg beers and a couple of cask ales normally (the TTs Landlord was turned today). Service is excellent and people jovial. There is a small courtyard at the rear. A gentle enjoyable place for a beer or two. I liked the bit of pub etiquette posted on the bar. Better put this away or I'll die of thirst!"
